ICHIRYU was founded in Hakata, Fukuoka in 1955.
It was a first Ramen stand among all the food stands on the side of Nakagawa river. After a while, ICHIRYU placed its main shop in Nakasu and their noodles addicted local ramen noodle experts for years.
